ATDD with Office 365 and PowerShell

In this talk, we will show you how to apply the principles of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) to create a robust workflow process in Office 365.

The argument is that SharePoint and XP (eXtreme Programming) are made for each other. The nature of how SharePoint works, lends itself to a more dynamic process that cannot fit into a more traditional project management approach.
The business stakeholders (aka site owners) are the ones that dictates the “what” of the process. While the developers/administrators are the ones with the “How” portion. The tricky part is to come out with a definition of “DONE”.

With the ATDD approach we can all agree on a set of acceptance criteria that will define what the process needs to get done for the current sprint. In this presentation, we will show you how you can take your user stories and Distill/Develop them on O365 with PowerShell.
Benefits: Shared understanding and clear/repeatable test process.

Drinks and a light dinner will be provided.  No RSVP needed.
